Highly aromatic, wine “on the fruit”, discover our second wine : the cuvée “Reserve“. Due to its maturation in steel vat, this wine does not have any change of structure as it would with an oak maturation. The structure is gained by the vintage and the quality of the harvest.
Dense ruby colour, expressive aromas of red fruits (cherry and red berry), supple and round at first sip where fine tannins are focused on the start of the palate, medium rich and silky finish.
FOOD MATCHING
Fresh salad, poultry, light red meat, cheese
