FORMAT
75cl, packaged in wooden cases

BLEND
70% Merlot, 20% Cabernet Franc, 10% Cabernet Sauvignon

VINEYARD
Vertical trellising, natural grassing, supervised protection, mixed G pruning

HARVEST
Mechanical, selection at the winery

WINE MAKING
Long maceration (20 days) in temperature controlled steel vats with regular pumping-over, complete malolactic fermentation in steel vats

AGEING
Final blend aged in French oak barrels (40% new) for 12 months with regular racking, fined with gelatine and lightly filtered prior to bottling

CONSERVATION
To be kept in a fresh place, away from sunlight
Served at room temperature: 17-18°C

8-10 years
