This High Environmental Value certificate will be shown on our bottles from the 2020 vintage, with the HVE logo (visible on the cover photo).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>According to the French Ministry of Agriculture, \u201cthe High Environmental Value (HVE) guarantees that the agricultural practices used on an entire farm preserve the natural ecosystem and minimise pressure on the environment (soil, water, biodiversity\u2026).
